I never thought of my old friend Mike Edison as a funny guy. Good writer? Yes. Typo king? Yes. But a funny guy? Not really...that is...until I saw this ridiculous video on You Tube. He sort of reminds me of Al Goldstein when he had Midnight Blue. Ya know...like when ya laughed at Al - as opposed to with him. Now I'm not trying to put Edison down here...but what makes this video so hilarious is that once he takes a huge hit off the bong, he just can't stop coughing.
Whatever...here it is..Mike Edison both playing and smoking the Chronicaster! Too fucking stoopit!
And here's another funny image. I found this recently...a candid photo of me playing the guitar at Associated Recording 30 years ago. Dig the sideburns. Was I stylin' or what?!?! (Hey, it was the 80's.) I have very few photos of me playing with anybody from back then...but this one remains.
